Calling All Non-Summer Bodies

Guess what?? Summer is coming...are you ready?! Uh, I know I'm not! Time to shake a leg and get in gear so that I don't look like a blob this year! So, I'm taking matters into my hands with essential oils, clean eating, and exercise!
I typically put 2-3 drops of each oil in the veggie cap and take it morning and night.
Clean eating is crucial for achieving your summer body! NO PROCESSED FOODS, NO FAST FOODS, NO SODA/POP.....seriously people, give it up now.
