Lemongrass aids the body in healthy digestion and leaves a refreshing feeling! This is also refreshing in the diffuser!
How to use for digestion:
Take internally via a veggie cap
Add a couple drops to a glass of water (use a glass or metal container)
Apply to your abdomen with coconut oil
Use this oil in a diffuser of your choice for a refreshing and uplifting aroma! Blends well with Black Pepper for a "kitchen spice" scent!
