Food: Spinach Salad

Spinach Salad in a Jar:
2 tbsp toasted almonds, 2 cups spinach, 1/4 cup strawberries, 2 tbsp red onion and dressing of choice. Add fruit and vegetables to jar the day you plan on eating to keep spinach fresh.
Optional: add 1 cooked chicken breast. Add 1-2 drops of Lemon essential oil to salads instead of dressing or in addition for added flavor and to cleanse the body and aid in digestion*
