Day 1 - TERRAFit Challenge

Well, it has begun! The November 2015 TERRAFit Challenge where myself and several others on my TERRAFit Titans team will be changing our lives by changing our eating and exercise habits! We log our points daily using the online tracker, keeping us accountable for our actions during this challenge.

Before pictures and measurements taken, then it was time to eat healthy!

I started my day with a healthy breakfast composed of a banana, handful of grapes, and a mandarin orange. A small snack and then at lunch, I had homemade potato soup and a salad. Another healthy snack and then dinner which was half of a flatbread carved turkey sandwich with raw spinach leaves. Finished the day off with a delicious cinnamon pear Chobani yogurt!

I used my Metabolic Blend essential oil by taking it internally in a veggie cap - while drinking water that contained Lemon essential oils! Delicious! Before we started our workout, we used Peppermint essential oil on our hands to help our respiratory system and give us a boost of motivation and energy.

This evening, one of my team members and I met to do our TERRAFit Advantage cardio and weight training video for the day - boy did that kick our hineys into gear! It's been a while since either of us had done training like that, I'm sure we'll feel it tomorrow! :)
