TERRAFIT Here I Come!

I always LOVE when I achieve a new goal, don't you?? Well, one goal I met was becoming a Certified TERRAFit Coach! There is this wonderful weight loss and health changing program that lasts 12 weeks and is life transforming! Through eating right, exercising properly, and encouraging others, users compete for cash prizes up to $17,000! You read that right, $17,000!

Once registered, you will be given a login page where you will track your eating habits, exercise, and more every day! We will help each other through the process and I will be your coach to keep you on course!

I have already lost nearly 30lbs simply using essential oils and supplements, I can only imagine what will happen when my team works hard together to compete with other teams from all over the place!

I have THREE different teams available - they are all based on different ability levels. If you are a fitness guru, go for my TERRAFIT TITANS team, if you are disabled, go for my THAT'S HOW WE ROLL team, if you are just getting started with your fitness goals, try the TAKE A STAND
