Soothing slumber

I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping at night, couldn't get my brain to shut off so I could fall asleep. My kids had issues as well, especially after a stressful day at school. I have noticed since using oils at night, that I not only sleep better, but I wake feeling more rested and I am losing more weight because my body has that chance to rest!

We use a mixture of Lavender, Serenity, Roman Chammomile, and Grounding Blend every night to promote a restful night. It's in a rollerball container, so we roll a little on our wrists before bed and shortly after, we are sleepy!

Lavender is great for a lot of other things, too! Soothes skin, can be used in recipies, bug bites and bee stings - and more!
