Tummy Troubles Get Oiled

So, I was out of town today when a family member asked me if I had anything in my travel bag of oily goodness that would help with digestion. Well, I don't have all the oils yet {someday my precious...someday I will have you ALL}, but I did have some tricks up my sleeve with the ones I already have.

Two oils in my repitoire are On Guard (contains cinnamon) along with Slim & Sassy (contains peppermint). Both cinnamon & peppermint are great for indigestion and heartburn. So, popped 2 drops of S&S and 2 drops of OG into an empty veggie cap, plus one drop of S&S in his glass of tea for more instant relief. Indigestion GONE.

People, I don't have to say this at the end of every blog entry, but every now and then I shall remind you.....essential oils are amazing. They will change you. They will improve you. Don't wait till it's too late - get your health on track & your family's, too. Ask me how you can take control!
